Process
How learning runs
Cohorts are paced, not passive. Expect to produce drafts, receive blunt feedback, and revise before certificates issue.
-
01 — Orientation
You receive reading loads, calendar anchors, and communication norms. We set expectations for mentor tone: direct, specific, never performative.
-
02 — First deliverable
Every module starts with a map: institutions, incidence, or scenario tree. No map, no advanced exercises.
-
03 — Clinics
You bring drafts; mentors respond with margin-style notes. Peers comment on clarity, not politeness.
-
04 — Communication
You rewrite for a named audience—council, treasury, or public brief—using plain language tests.
-
05 — Archive
Annotated templates return to you for reuse. We keep no proprietary rights to your workplace outputs—only to cohort materials we supply.
Before / after
Before: polished slides that hide missing institutional links.
After: shorter briefs that name enforcement channels, cite data limits, and include explicit trade-offs.
