We provide structured economics education, mentor-supported cohorts, and informational resources. Descriptions on the site explain formats, durations, and mentor availability. We may update schedules; material changes will be communicated to enrolled learners by email.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate registration details. You may not share login credentials. We may suspend access if we detect misuse, harassment of staff or peers, or attempts to scrape proprietary materials.

4. Intellectual Property

Course materials, syllabi, diagrams, and recordings remain our intellectual property or that of credited authors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal learning. Redistribution, resale, or public rebroadcast is prohibited without written consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform to distribute spam. Discussion forums must stay respectful and on-topic; we may moderate or remove content that violates these rules.

6. Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from platform downtime, third-party links, or reliance on educational content for commercial decisions. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to fees paid for the specific cohort in dispute.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before initiating proceedings. Where mandatory consumer protections apply, nothing in these terms limits those rights.

8. Termination and Changes

We may update these terms; the “last updated” date will change and significant updates will be emailed to active learners. You may stop using the services at any time; provisions on intellectual property, liability, and disputes survive termination.
