1. Scope
This policy applies to paid enrollments for Cognit Syscode Academy cohorts and digital materials where prices are listed in ZAR on our site. Informational resources at zero cost are excluded.
2. Cooling-off Period
If you enroll as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase without giving reasons, provided you have not accessed more than 20% of released materials or live sessions. Business purchasers should confirm eligibility with their procurement teams.
3. Partial Attendance
If you withdraw after the cooling-off window due to documented serious illness or bereavement, we may offer a partial credit toward a future cohort at our discretion, subject to verification.
4. Non-refundable Items
Certificates already issued, downloaded templates explicitly marked non-refundable, and third-party fees (bank charges, FX spreads) are not reimbursed.
5. How to Request
Email trust@cognit-syscode.digital with your enrollment reference, cohort name, and reason. We respond within 10 business days with a decision and any evidence we require.
6. Processing Time and Method
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible; otherwise bank transfer with proof of account.
7. Cancellations by Us
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer. If we remove a module for legal reasons, we will substitute comparable content or credit the proportional fee.
